We may disclose Personal Information to affiliated and nonaffiliated third parties: (1) as necessary to process or service requested or authorized transactions, such as to secure quotations for insurance, obtain insurance coverage, or report or process claims, and/or (2) that perform services on our behalf or to other institutions, including insurance companies or banks with whom we have joint marketing arrangements.
